  • There is no minimum order. Quantity discounts are available. Orders will be taken via telephone, email or website. Whichever is more convenient to the orderer.



  • Consumer Agreement

  • Initial delivery COD. Terms may be extended at that time. Passion Purveyors LLC accepts checks, cash, and all valid credit cards.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • In most cases, products are delivered locally (within 15 miles of our Pacific Grove mailing address) to your place of business once a week at no charge.  

    Current Local Accounts: Orders placed by 9a will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed after 9a will be delivered in two business days.  Big Sur and Santa Cruz Accounts - FedEx Ground rates and delivery timelines apply.

    New Customers: Orders placed via the website will be finalized and we will contact you for delivery and payment details on the next following business day after you place your order.  Weekend orders wait until Monday!



  • Sales Tax

  • Passion Purveyors LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.



  • Warranties

  • All sales are made inclusive to these conditions and all ordered are received with the understanding that they are subject to these conditions.



  • Return Policy

  • No returns will be accepted without prior Passion Purveyors LLC approval. Product must be in the same good condition in which it was delivered. The material cannot be opened, warped or damaged in any manor. Special orders may not be returned. Returns must be reported within 5 days of delivery to ensure a full refund.



  • Miscellaneous

  • Late Payment: $5 per month late fee, per account plus 1.5% per month service charge.
