The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Legal Notice
  • The liability of Passion Purveyors for any damages related to any defective products shall in no event include incidental or consequential damages of any kind, even if Passion Purveyors is liable for the replacement of the defective product.


  • Use Of Site
  • There is no minimum order. Quantity discounts are available. Orders will be taken via telephone, email or website. Whichever is more convenient to the orderer.


  • Consumer Agreement
  • Initial delivery COD. Terms may be extended at that time. Passion Purveyors accepts checks, cash, visa, mc and discover


  • Shipping & Delivery
  • Products are delivered locally (within 15 miles of our mailing address above) to your place of business once a week at no charge. Current Accounts: Orders placed by noon will be delivered the following business day. In an effort to reduce emissions and avoid fuel surcharges, we are carpooling our goods. Big Sur Accounts: place orders by noon on Tuesdays, goods are delivered Wednesdays only. Santa Cruz Accounts: place orders by noon on Wednesdays, goods are delivered Thursdays only. Goods shipped out of area will be subject to current FedEx Ground shipping rates.


  • Warranties
  • All sales are made inclusive to these conditions and all ordered are received with the understanding that they are subject to these conditions.


  • Return Policy
  • No returns will be accepted without prior Passion Purveyors approval. Product must be in the same good condition in which it was delivered. The material cannot be opened, warped or damaged in any manor. Special orders may not be returned. Returns must be reported within 5 days of delivery to ensure a full refund.


  • Miscellaneous
  • Late Payment: $5 per month late fee, per account plus 1.5% per month service charge.
