A bit about how we work and how we got started...
We are a foodservice distribution company located in the Monterey Bay Area of California. Carolyn Swanson started our company in 2007 and we have been helping foodservice create less waste ever since!
Since we are a distributing company, we have no retail presence. We deliver all of our goods to restaurant, cafe, school, church and non-profit doorsteps. Our website is designed to help you see our full catalog in all its colorful glory!
If you would like to place an order, feel free! One thing that may be different to you - we don't charge you immediately after placing your order. We finalize your order and make sure we have the appropriate inventory in place, assess sales tax (if applicable) and ensure timely delivery. Don't worry if you do not see a payment page for your credit card info - you won't! We make sure we have what you need and then we will contact you for payment and delivery details.
Current Local Accounts: Orders placed by 9a will be delivered the following business day. Orders placed after 9a will be delivered in two business days. All local accounts (we define local as 15 miles from our Pacific Grove mailing address) have delivery included - in other words - NO DELIVERY CHARGE! Big Sur and Santa Cruz Accounts - FedEx Ground rates and delivery timelines apply.
New Customers: Orders placed via the website will be finalized and we will contact you for delivery and payment details on the next following business day after you place your order.
